unlock your hidden assets

It costs 7 times more to sell something to a new customer than it does to sell to an existing one. Yet many businesses focus on continually attracting new customers, and to a large extent ignore their existing customers. In fact they could grow their business much more cost effectively by concentrating on their existing customers. In a recent survey 68% of people said they stopped doing business with certain enterprises, because they felt neglected. So the message is clear. If you want to be successful: capitalise on your existing customer relationships to up-sell, cross-sell, develop long term brand loyalty and attract referrals.
